HORIBA FuelCon GmbH stands for fair competition and rule-compliant conduct. Our primary goal is to protect the company, our employees, and our partners. That is why it is essential to identify and report any misconduct at an early stage. We rely on the willingness of our partners to inform us promptly of concrete indications or instances of misconduct so that appropriate measures can be taken immediately.

As a subsidiary of HORIBA Ltd., we are also subject to an internal control system—the Compliance Promotion System—which regularly reviews adherence to corporate standards, provides guidance on compliance issues, and offers recommendations for concrete improvements. The Compliance Promotion System is an integral part of the HORIBA Code of Ethics, which is binding for every HORIBARIAN.
