VDMA general meeting at HORIBA FuelCon

For many years, HORIBA FuelCon have been an active member of the fuel cell working group of the German Engineering Federation (VDMA), where we exchange information with many industry experts on developments, trends and (test) requirements. For the first time, we were able to host an event of the working group at the beginning of march. The meeting of the low-temperature fuel cell working group and the general meeting of the fuel cell working group took place over two days.

Almost 60 members accepted the invitation to Barleben and defined work packages for the work in 2024, but also dealt with the current political framework and funding conditions. In several keynote speeches, those present were also given exciting insights into relevant topics from the ramp-up of fuel cell production. HORIBA was represented by a keynote speech by Jana Kalbacova, which focused on testing. The event was rounded off with a factory tour on day 2.

In addition to the spatial conditions, our guests were consistently impressed by our factory, the technical know-how and the perfect organization.
