Transition to SAP – Effective January 1, 2026

We are pleased to inform you that as of January 1, 2026, we will be migrating our central ERP system to SAP. This upgrade will allow us to streamline internal processes and optimize interfaces within our company as well as in our collaboration with you. In particular, administrative effort will be reduced.

We have been preparing for this transition for several months and are making every effort to ensure a smooth process. However, around the time of the migration, occasional delays or additional clarifications may occur – we kindly ask for your understanding in such cases.

Key Changes Starting January 1, 2026

The central email address for receiving invoices is: invoice.hfc(at)horiba(dot)com

Supplier Number: You may receive a new supplier number, which will be communicated with your first SAP order.

Order Numbers: New order numbers will be used in the future, differing from the previous format.

Article Numbers: Our article numbers will adopt a new format. Please pay attention to the new structure and carefully verify technical specifications. All article numbers must be included in accompanying documents.

All delivery notes must clearly show order numbers and unique article numbers.

All packages must be clearly labeled to allow fast processing.

Our goods receipt department will be operational again starting January 12, 2026 – deliveries before this date cannot be accepted.

Certificates and outgoing inspection documents will continue to be sent via email to certificate.hfc(at)horiba(dot)com.

The complaint process remains unchanged, with only minor visual adjustments.
